Low Carb, Low Fat, Low GI, vegetarian ...With so many possible ways to lose weight, it begs the question: is one diet better than another?

I don't know about others but what i done is : less oily, use sunflower oil for regular eat. Less rice in regular food, only on weekends or in some occasions. Do regular exercise, specially in morning. Take fruits and salads in daily food.
