One tip for weight control

It's easy to dismiss the idea, but keeping a food diary may actually help if you're trying to lose weight - in fact a studies have shown that if you keep a regular record or what you eat, you're more likely to be successful in weight loss.
Susan Bowerman, nutrition expert, says that :
Study after study consistently tells us that keeping track of what you eat, how much exercise you get, and how much you weigh – is one of the key components to successful weight loss.

You might think, "Of course I know what I'm eating!" - But if you are trying to lose weight or eat more healthily, then it will help to get a clear picture of what you're currently doing. Face up to any bad habits that are letting you down, or even just consider portion sizes or the times that you eat.
You may even notice a pattern that gives clues to causes of any other health niggles - eg. sensitive stomach or trouble sleeping.
